Work With Me

A sanctuary for healing, restoration, and reconnection

About my Approach

My work bridges psychotherapy with somatic, hypnotherapy, and energy-based practices to support the whole self - mind, body, and spirit.

All private 1-1 sessions are 90 minutes to allow a full arc of grounding, exploration, and integration.

Sessions are intuitive and integrative, creating space for deep emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and soulful reconnection.

Each session is a space to slow down, release, and come home to yourself.

Ways to Work Together

Soul-Centered Psychotherapy

For those healing the deeper layers of trauma, self-doubt, or disconnection. These sessions weave talk therapy with somatic and hypnotherapy techniques, sound, and energy work to help you feel safe in your body, calm in your nervous system, and confidently connected to your inner wisdom.

Group and Private Soundbaths

For those seeking rest, renewal, and energetic recalibration through sound. Each gathering offers a sanctuary of vibration and stillness - a space to soften, release, and restore balance through crystal bowls, chimes, flute, channelled singing and soft drumming.

Each session is a restorative experience designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest through sound, vibration, and energy healing.

Monthly group sound baths are held in the Comox Valley, with private and small-group sessions available year-round locally and each summer in Prince Edward Island.

Sound & Energy Therapy

For nervous-system regulation, emotional integration, and deep rest. These trauma-informed sessions weave sound, energy work, and healing touch within a psychotherapeutic container. Guided by principles of safety and attunement, we explore what it means to feel safe enough to receive - to soften, to trust, and to allow repair through sound, vibration, and compassionate contact.

What People Are Saying

“Hi Mary, I just wanted to write & say thank you for pulling me through a difficult time in my life. I’m not an easy person to read or open up to, but please know that you helped me deal more than you realize. I went to other therapists, & trust me when I say, I said whatever they wanted me to say to get me out the door. Pretty much the first session is what I am saying (Lol).

Never underestimate your value or power as a therapist, as your kindness, understanding, listening & ability to see the other person not as their next client, but as an individual who is hurting. I hope you continue to empower & help others, as you have helped me.”
