Soul-Centered Psychotherapy

Trauma-informed, experiential therapy
integrating emotional, somatic & spiritual healing.

My Approach to Healing

I know life can be hard. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, spiritual exploration, or simply finding your way through one of the many seasons of being human, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

While insight and feeling heard are important, healing often requires more than talking. My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and deeply experiential, helping you listen to the wisdom of your body, process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your own inner knowing.

Sessions integrate psychotherapy with body-based approaches, hypnotherapy, sound and energy healing, spiritual exploration, ceremony and ritual where helpful and appropriate.

Our work goes beyond talking. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while creating space for something new to emerge.

Depending on what you need, sessions may include talk therapy, somatic and body-based work, inner-child and ancestral exploration, guided imagery, mindfulness practices, hypnotherapy, sound and energy healing, and spiritual resources, ceremony, and ritual when resonant for you.

The work unfolds intuitively and collaboratively, guided by your needs, your readiness, and what arises in the moment.

What We’ll Do Together

• Heal sadness, overwhelm, and anxiety at the root
•
Build nervous-system safety and resilience
• Gain insight into and release patterns of fear, perfectionism, or self-silencing
• Support the body to soften patterns of tension, overwhelm, protection, holding
• Develop healthier coping strategies
• Embrace who you are with compassion and confidence
• Experience a greater sense of groundedness and self-trust
• Flow through life with more ease and clarity

This work can support you to:

• You’re navigating anxiety, depression, or grief
• You’re healing trauma, attachment wounding, or burnout
• You tend to overfunction, people-please, or self-silence
•
You’re ready to explore, process, and integrate at a deep therapeutic level
• You’ve “done the work” but still feel stuck

This Work May Be a Good Fit If…

• You want a holistic approach that weaves psychotherapy with trauma-informed bodywork, hypnotherapy, sound, energy work, and spiritual practices.
• You want to be held within a consistent container (typically beginning with 12 weeks) to support lasting change*.

A Season of Therapy

I typically begin with a 12-week season of therapy, meeting for 90-minute sessions every other week. This creates the time and consistency for meaningful, experiential work, while allowing space between sessions for integration. At the end of the 12 weeks, we can reflect on our work together and decide what ongoing support feels right for you. That said, there’s no pressure to continue beyond the first session, or at any time. I honor your unique needs and encourage you to choose what feels right as we work together.
