An immersive sound healing experience for slowing down, turning inward, and finding deep rest.
These intimate small-group gatherings weave together crystal singing bowls, chimes, soft drumming, channelled singing, guided meditation and grounding practices, alongside sacred smokes and essential oil sprays.
Your sound journey is followed by time to gently integrate over tea and oracle cards before heading home.
Held at my Riverside Healing Cottage in Lower Montague, PEI during the summer months.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive, guided relaxation experience using sound. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and listen as layers of sound and vibration unfold around you. There’s nothing you need to do, achieve, or know how to do - simply slow down, listen, and notice what arises.

Gather with a partner, family, friends, or a small group for a personalized sound and energy healing ceremony created around your intentions and the significance of your gathering.
More than a private sound bath, this is a held ceremonial experience with space to connect, reflect, create, receive, and mark meaningful moments together. Before your gathering, I’ll connect with you by email to learn about your group, the occasion, and any intentions or themes you’d like woven into our time together.
Your ceremony may weave together a sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, channelled singing, soft drumming and tuning forks; guided meditation or hypnosis journey; sacred smokes and essential oils; individualized energy healing; guided connection practices; journaling and creative expression; ceremonial tea; and other rituals chosen to support your gathering.
We close with spacious time for reflection, conversation and light refreshments before gently transitioning out of the experience.
When season and weather allow, groups may also choose to conclude with a riverside dip ritual — a symbolic way to mark the closing of your time together.
