Settle into a warm, cozy sanctuary designed for 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. Each participant receives their own zero-gravity chair, complete with blankets, an eye mask, and everything needed to fully relax – 𝐧𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠.

You’ll be guided into stillness with the soothing tones of instruments such as 𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐬, 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 – no talking, just receiving.

As you rest, Mary moves gently through the space offering brief, optional 𝟏:𝟏 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. Each person receives individualized attention - light hands-on touch (if desired), tuning forks offered at your body, sound played for you, and personal clearing with sacred smokes and essential oils to support grounding and energetic alignment.

Following the immersive sound journey, we’ll move softly into a peaceful integration space with time for 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐭𝐞𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 before gently closing the circle together.
