Location: House of Now, 536A Fifth Street, Courtenay (street parking, main floor walk up).
Bring: Yoga mat/blanket, pillow/s, eye mask/cover, water, comfy clothes (journal & favourite mug optional)

You’ll experience:

• Relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, channelled singing, soft drumming, flute & chimes
• Gentle optional energy healing midway
• A quiet integration space after with tea, journalling/art, oracle cards
